Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return - valid for in-store credit only.

All sales are final on furniture, rugs, custom orders, foods, drinks, sale & seasonal items. Additional items may be returned with your receipt to the store within 14 days of purchase in new condition for in-store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be like-new, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right refuse a return on any item that is damaged, missing parts, or is in unsellable condition.


In-Person Returns: Both in-store and online purchases may be exchanged in-person at MECO7 during regular business hours.
 

Shipping Returns: Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. Items must returned in their original packaging and shipping materials. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 16151 MN-29, Glenwood, MN 56334. Customer must pay for return shipping postage.

Shipping Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that are damaged must be documented with photos and email them to us at info@meco7.com. Original packaging & item(s) must be kept until claim is processed. (This is due to standards set by USPS & UPS.) 


Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as furniture, window treatments, etc.), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for furniture, rugs, seasonal & sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns gift cards purchases.


Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


In-Store Credit Returns: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be credited with either a physical or electronic gift card (depending on your choice of credit.)
